I collect data on this website for the following purposes:

to allow us to process purchases  - delivery and notifications  and feedback that corneliuslynchauthor receives regarding your purchase.  

to enable the correct functioning of this website

All the personal data that you submit on this website is processed by Cornelius Lynch (Author). Personal data submitted via PayPal or Stripe Payments is processed by them to enable you to complete your purchase in a secure way.

When someone visits my website Google Analytics collects standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns on my behalf.

This is standard practice and is done to understand how my website is used by our visitors, for example how often various parts of the site are visited. This information is stored in an anonymous manner and you are not identified by this information.

Google Analytics also gather the following technical details about visits on my behalf.

•           Your IP (internet protocol) address

•           Your web browser and operating system

•           Date and time you visited various pages on my website

When someone buys a book through my website https://www.corneliuslynchauthor.com , I receive an email from PayPal (or other Payment Path) containing the following notification:      

That payment in the amount of ___ has been received,

The date and time on which it was received.

The name, email address and postal address of the buyer.

Any additional request e.g if the buyer wants the book signed or dedicated to someone. 

This data is retained in my email storage for the purposes of service to the customer and my financial accounts keeping and will not be shared with third parties.
